Product details

The Sol custom teak garden parasol combines a warm timber frame with an ivory canopy and a traditional centre-pole silhouette. We can develop a project-specific design proposal that brings canopy proportions, timber appearance, fabric colour and surrounding furniture into one coordinated outdoor scheme. This made-to-order parasol is a starting point for garden terraces, courtyard dining areas and hospitality design briefs. The minimum order is 100 pieces, with a quoted lead time of 15–20 days. Instead of choosing the shade element in isolation, use the design process to align it with the tables, daybeds or lounge furniture around it.

Design support from the first reference image

Bring a mood board, a site photograph or a measured layout. We can help translate the visual direction into a proposed parasol size, timber finish and canopy palette, then identify the details that need approval before production. A design proposal can include:
  • Canopy proportions suited to the intended furniture arrangement.
  • Timber and textile colour coordination.
  • Preliminary parasol placement based on your supplied layout.
  • Product-detail and dimension drawings for the agreed design direction.
  • Suggestions for matching outdoor daybeds, seating or dining pieces.
For a restaurant terrace, share table positions and the routes used by guests and staff. For a residential garden, include the relationship to doors, planting and the area where furniture will be stored. Those details make the proposal more useful than a photograph alone.

A proposed teak and acrylic specification

The starting material direction is solid teak for the pole and ribs, paired with a solution-dyed acrylic canopy. The reference palette uses natural timber and ivory fabric to sit comfortably alongside pale stone, planting and neutral outdoor upholstery. The proposed 300 cm canopy and 260 cm overall height provide a design starting point. Timber sections, connection details and the selected finish are resolved in the approved drawing and sample. The visual appearance of wood does not establish certification, origin or a particular performance rating; any required documentation belongs to the final specification.

Proposed design specification

The following is the starting specification for your design proposal. Final dimensions, materials and construction are confirmed through drawing and sample approval.
Product code VO-D015
Configuration Centre-pole, octagonal canopy
Proposed canopy size Ø 300 cm / approximately 118.1 in
Proposed overall height 260 cm / approximately 102.4 in
Pole and ribs Solid teak; timber sections confirmed in the production drawing
Canopy material Solution-dyed acrylic; selected fabric confirmed by swatch
Reference colours Natural teak with ivory canopy
Base Specified separately to suit the installation; visualised stone-look base is not a ballast specification
Minimum order 10 pieces
Quoted lead time 15–20 days; production start point and delivery schedule confirmed in the quotation
Care Follow the care instructions for the approved teak finish and canopy fabric. Remove debris gently and allow materials to dry before storage. Confirm the base and opening routine for the installation.

Coordinate the parasol with the complete setting

A timber parasol can connect visually with a teak dining table or a low platform daybed. Repeat a small number of colours across the canopy and upholstery rather than adding unrelated finishes to every item. We can discuss the parasol as part of a coordinated product proposal, including scale, finish direction and the furniture placed around it. The size of the canopy is considered alongside the footprint of the base, circulation and the practical opening arrangement. The stone-look base in the visualisations is not an engineering or ballast recommendation. The final base, fixing method and operating guidance need to suit the approved design and installation. No wind rating, UV rating or certification is implied by the images.

A clearer brief for trade production

Send the quantity, destination market, preferred canopy size, site conditions and target appearance. The design proposal can then inform the material selection and quotation rather than leaving those choices to be interpreted after the order is placed. The minimum order is 100 pieces. The quoted lead time is 15–20 days, with the production start point and delivery schedule agreed in the quotation. Confirm packaging, the base supply scope and any project documentation at the same stage. Transportation is scheduled separately.

Frequently asked questions

Can you design the parasol to match our furniture?

Yes. We can prepare a design proposal that coordinates timber appearance, canopy colour, proportions and placement with your existing furniture or a new outdoor collection. Provide photographs, finish references and the relevant dimensions.

Can we change the canopy size or timber finish?

Yes. Include the requested dimensions and colour direction in your brief. The final timber sections, fabric, connections and base arrangement are confirmed through the design and sample approval process.

What are the MOQ and quoted lead time?

The minimum order is 100 pieces and the quoted lead time is 15–20 days. Confirm the production start point, order configuration and transport schedule with the quotation.

Is the teak certified or the canopy UPF-rated?

No certification or UV rating is claimed for this proposed specification. If either is required for your project, request the relevant evidence for the selected timber supply and exact canopy fabric before approving the order.
